Clean Card PRO test protocol, block of 50 pages. Serves to document your test intervals
Test procedure in detail:
- Remove the test unit from the package. Be careful not to touch the perforated yellow part of the test card.
- Moisten the area (surface) to be tested by lightly spraying the area/object to be tested with water two to three times.
- Rub the entire moistened area vigorously, pressing the perforated part of the test card firmly onto the surface. The test card must absorb all the moisture.
- The colour change will have reacted after 30 seconds. Compare the colour with the colour comparison card.
- Spray the water only on the surface to be tested - never directly on the test card.
- Surface: The test area should ideally have a size of approx. 10 cm x 10 cm.
- Angular objects or corners and transitions: Fold the test unit so that the perforated test field with the reagent carrier comes into contact with the test area. The 10 x 10 cm rule does not have to be applied in all cases.
Use the Clean Card only once. A used test does not provide a reliable detection. Evaluation: A colour change in only one of the circles is sufficient proof of a contaminated surface. The final definition of the degree of cleanliness is up to the user. Decide whether the surface is optimally clean for your requirements, or borderline or unacceptable. A weak positive result may well be sufficient.
